Role & Responsibilities:
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :
The role strengthens the operating rhythm and transformation agenda of APAC Supply Chain Operations through three connected responsibilities: project portfolio management and project delivery, S&OP coordination, and supply chain innovation. The position works across brands, markets, functions and global teams to provide visibility, drive disciplined execution, enable leadership decisions and turn new ideas into practical business solutions.
PMO and Project Delivery
- Manage the full APAC Supply Chain Operations project portfolio, including project intake, prioritization, governance, resource visibility, milestone tracking and portfolio reporting.
- Build and maintain a clear portfolio view covering project objectives, ownership, timing, dependencies, risks, investment and expected business value.
- Facilitate regular portfolio reviews with leadership; highlight priorities, capacity constraints, cross-project dependencies and decisions required.
- Act as project manager for priority APAC Supply Chain Operations projects, mainly global initiatives and market conversion projects; support other projects based on business need.
- Establish project charters, governance, workplans, roles, communication routines and success measures in partnership with sponsors and workstream leads.
- Drive delivery against agreed scope, timing and budget; manage risks, issues, changes and escalations, and ensure decisions and actions are documented and closed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including brands, planning, operations, customs and trade, technology, finance and external partners as relevant to each project.
- Ensure project handover, documentation, training, lessons learned and benefits tracking are completed before closure.
S&OP Coordination
- Coordinate the APAC Supply Chain Operations S&OP meeting cycle with brand leaders, including VPs, and planning teams.
- Align meeting cadence, participants, agenda, inputs and pre-read materials; send invitations and communicate expectations in advance.
- Host and facilitate meetings to keep discussion focused on priorities, risks, decisions and actions.
- Capture decisions, owners and due dates during meetings; distribute clear follow-up and track actions to closure.
- Connect brand and supply chain stakeholders to resolve open topics, escalate decision needs and maintain continuity between meeting cycles.
- Continuously improve meeting effectiveness, content quality and follow-through based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
APAC Supply Chain Innovation
- Lead the APAC Supply Chain Operations innovation agenda, with focus on automation, AI applications, digital enablement and new ways of working.
- Build and maintain an innovation pipeline by collecting pain points and opportunities from markets, brands and functions.
- Assess opportunities based on consumer and business value, feasibility, risk, scalability, resource need and alignment with regional and global priorities.
- Convert selected ideas into structured pilots or projects with clear problem statements, owners, deliverables, measures and adoption plans.
- Partner with technology, data, process owners, users and external providers to test, deploy and scale solutions.
- Promote responsible and practical use of AI and automation, with appropriate human oversight, data handling and change management.
- Track adoption/realized benefits and lessons learned; share reusable solutions and best practices across APAC.

Competency Requirements :
- Strong portfolio and project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work through a matrix organization.
- Effective meeting facilitation and executive stakeholder management, including confidence working with VP-level leaders.
- Significant exposure to project planning, project budget and financial management processes
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to turn complex topics into concise decisions, actions and updates.
- Strategic thinking combined with disciplined attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong influencing, collaboration, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, change and experimentation; able to move from idea to practical implementation.
- Good understanding of supply chain operations and end-to-end business processes.
- Curiosity and working knowledge of automation, AI, data and digital tools; able to connect technology possibilities with business needs.
- Self-motivated, organized and accountable, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Experience
- 8+ years of business experience, preferably in supply chain, business operations, transformation or program management in an APAC retail or consumer-products environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading projects or programs involving cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio governance, complex project delivery, or business transformation.
- Experience coordinating S&OP or similar cross-functional business review meetings is preferred.
- Experience with automation, AI, process improvement or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management qualification is a plus.
- Lean, Six Sigma, change management, agile or related qualification is a plus.
