Manager / Senior Manager - Marcomm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Digital Presence: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns. Oversee strategy, content creation, and performance across social media platforms; ensure impactful storytelling and community engagement.
• Brand Management: Lead end-to-end brand building initiatives, ensuring consistent brand identity and positioning across all channels.
• Online Reputation Management: Monitor, analyze, and manage online brand reputation, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Strategic Communications & Content Creation: Develop and execute impactful communication strategies with a strong emphasis on high-quality content creation.
• Sales Communication Materials: Support the sales and operations team with impactful client presentations, brochures, company profiles, and pitch materials.
• Analytics & Insights: Track, measure, and report on marketing and communication performance, providing insights for optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and communications.
• Bring fresh, trending, and modern creative ideas to campaigns with strong sense of contemporary language, design, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns) and lead generation/ prospecting tools (e.g., Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in managing social media, digital tools, and analytics platforms.
• Experience in managing agencies/vendors for website, creative and AV creations.
• Ability to lead projects independently with creativity and strategic thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
