The Role
- Evaluate new equity listing applications and complex corporate transactions to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Draft technical comment letters, comprehensive review reports, and policy recommendations for oversight committees.
- Manage pre-listing inquiries, providing professional guidance on technical accounting, legal, and structural matters.
- Support regulatory policy enhancements and execute ad-hoc strategic projects assigned by division leadership.
- Monitor listing portfolios to ensure strict alignment with market regulations and disclosure standards.
- Collaborate with internal legal, accounting, and policy teams to resolve complex transactional issues
Your Profile
- 6 years of working experience in related fields (law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, Big 4 with IPO focus)
- Demonstrate strong understanding of local listing rules, securities regulations and capital market practices
- Professional qualifications in Law (HK or common law jurisdiction) or Accounting (CPA) is preferred
- Strong command of English and Chinese
