About the role
Role Overview: This position involves leading SAP supply chain and manufacturing workstreams across all project phases, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions in production planning, manufacturing execution, scheduling, and inventory management. The candidate will support business development activities, contribute to proposal and demonstration efforts, and act as a functional lead and architect for SAP production planning modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP supply chain projects, overseeing design, build, test, and deployment.
- Support sales activities through proposals, demonstrations, and pre-sales support for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Lead functional design and integration of SAP PP solutions with broader supply chain systems.
- Assist in practice administration, including budget management, resource planning, and mentoring staff.
- Contribute to thought leadership, training materials, and modernization initiatives using digital technologies and AI.
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least five years of recent SAP advisory consulting experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and production planning across industries.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Hands-on configuration and design experience in SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, and inventory management, with knowledge of EWM and MES integration.
- Experience leading workshops, managing client relationships, and coordinating teams using Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to travel as needed and work authorized in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
