About the role
Role Overview: This position involves leading the design and delivery of AI-enabled business processes within SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement. You will define governance frameworks for AI agents, assess risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish governed access to SAP applications and data. The role includes facilitating client workshops, supporting engagement delivery, and contributing to methodologies, thought leadership, and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI and agentic process implementation across enterprise functions.
- Define AI responsibilities, access models, and governance controls.
- Design governance frameworks for AI agents, including lifecycle management and oversight.
- Evaluate risks and develop control frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and monitoring capabilities.
- Collaborate with security, AI, and integration teams to ensure governed access and security.
- Support client workshops and contribute to market initiatives and thought leadership.
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years of SAP functional consulting, automation, or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP processes such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Experience with AI, automation, SAP BTP, APIs, and emerging technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of identity and access governance, roles, and controls.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical AI and governance solutions.
