About the role
Job Description Regulatory will be responsible for regulatory strategy, tariff planning, financial modelling, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management . The role involves working closely with Finance, Business, Legal teams to develop tariff business plans and support regulatory filings and audits.
Prepare Multi-Year Tariff Proposal Coordinate with Finance and business teams to understand economic regulations, tariff guidelines and business requirements .
Manage and support regulatory audits and ensure timely compliance.
Track regulatory developments and assess their business and financial impact .
Develop and implement regulatory strategies for revenue maximization and cost optimization.
Review concession agreements, AERA orders, Acts and regulatory policies to identify value-engineering opportunities.
Develop financial models, projections, trend analysis and allocation models for tariff determination.
8–12 years of experience in Regulatory and Financial Modelling.
Strong understanding of AERA regulations and regulatory frameworks .
Expertise in financial modelling and business projections .
Experience in regulatory filings, audits and compliance.
