Manager Provider Enrollment

About This Role

The Provider Enrollment Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Provider Enrollment Department, providing strategic oversight of the enrollment process, staff leadership, and process improvement. This role relies heavily on performance-driven metrics to produce standard work and turnaround times on enrollment, and is accountable for all day-to-day provider enrollment activities and operations, as well as direction, decision-making, and measurement of service levels to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain workflow to ensure that all new hires and/or new groups are enrolled in the appropriate designation
• Provide development, training, and implementation of credentialing processes and procedures
• Manage credentialing staff performance, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards
• Recognize, maintain, and comply with legal, regulatory, accrediting, and procedural requirements related to provider enrollment
• Exceed organizational goals and customer expectations
• Make decisions that produce high-quality results by applying technical knowledge, analyzing problems, and calculating risks
