Manager Provider Enrollment

About This Role

Managing the Provider Enrollment Department is the core of this role, overseeing its overall performance, strategic direction, and process improvement. The manager will lead staff, rely on performance-driven metrics to establish standard work, and ensure efficient turnaround times for enrollment. This position is responsible for all day-to-day provider enrollment activities and operations, including decision-making and measuring service levels to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain workflow to ensure all new hires and/or new groups are enrolled in the appropriate designation
• Provide development, training, and implementation of credentialing processes and procedures
• Manage credentialing staff performance, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards
• Recognize, maintain, and comply with legal, regulatory, accrediting, and procedural requirements related to provider enrollment
• Exceed organizational goals and customer expectations
