Manager, Product Supply Chain Operations

About This Role

Managing the Card Fulfilment team in the delivery of business-as-usual supply chain operations is the core of this role. The position supports the forecasting and demand planning, production, replenishment, and distribution of all card, component, and packaging items for Mastercard's Prepaid Management Services. It suits a highly motivated and analytical individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, who is passionate about driving excellence in the supply chain with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Card Fulfilment team in the delivery of BAU Supply Chain Operations
• Conduct forecasting and demand planning for all card and collateral components to support the delivery of the right product, in the right quantity, at the right pace, at the right time
• Work with vendors in manufacturing, print, and distributions
• Manage SLA adherence and quality monitoring
• Manage the daily operations of the Card Fulfilment functions, including order management, PO/PR management, invoice reconciliations, and processing
• Identify and support process improvement within the function to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency for business growth and scalability
• Facilitate distribution and shipping as required

Requirements

• Experience managing a supply chain function, including international shipping and vendor management
• Demonstrable people leadership experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines
• Ability to professionally communicate both written and verbal with different functional areas and external partners
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player
• Good organization skills, able to log and track issues
• Skilled at using tools such as MS tools, with some knowledge of AI to support data analysis
• Proficient language skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to pivot and adapt to changes in schedule to meet business requirements and priorities
