Manager - Partnerships

About This Role

Managing partnerships is the core of this field-based role, involving regular partner visits, institutional meetings, and events to drive student applications for undergraduate programs. The role suits a driven and persuasive individual with experience in B2B partner onboarding and lead generation in the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Actively hunt for new B2B partners (coaching institutes, counsellors, schools, colleges) while farming existing partner networks through market research, references, and referrals
• Focus heavily on nurturing established relationships to maximize the volume of partner-driven applications
• Own the end-to-end admission journey for students, tracking performance from initial applications to the enrollment process
• Generate qualified leads of students/candidates for Masters' Union programmes through partner networks
• Train partner team members and strengthen partner relationships through regular engagement and stakeholder management
• Represent Masters Union at various education fairs, events, and industry forums to drive brand visibility and student engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions, Marketing, Academic & Outreach) to drive end-to-end closures

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of proven experience in B2B partner onboarding, account management, or channel sales
• Strong background in lead generation and business development, preferably in education, higher education, study abroad, or career services
• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
