JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapies provides leadership for outpatient rehabilitation services across ambulatory clinics, specialty rehabilitation programs, and community practice locations. The Manager is responsible for operational performance, access, patient experience, financial stewardship, workforce engagement, and clinical quality.
This leader partners with physicians, ambulatory operations, orthopedic surgery, neuroscience, sports medicine, oncology, and primary care to ensure timely access and exceptional rehabilitation outcomes.
EDUCATION
Master’s Degree required; clinical doctorate preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Five years of outpatient rehabilitation experience.
- Three years of management experience preferred.
- Licensed PT, OT, or SLP eligible for Vermont licensure.
