Manager - Oracle Project Portfolio Management

About This Role

This role supports consulting by managing project teams through the phases of ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. The position also provides business development assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle
• Provide business development assistance
• Develop solutions to complex problems
• Manage engagement economics and resource planning
• Lead teams and manage change effectively
• Identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses
• Be a key contributor throughout the project lifecycle and agreed upon phases of the ERP project
• Work and collaborate effectively with both internal and external team members
• Implement software
• Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts
• Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work
• Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results
• Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Self-starter with a willingness and desire to continue to learn and grow both personally and professionally
• Functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks
• Oracle Fusion certification, combined with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering Oracle system implementations or super user across two or more of the following Oracle Cloud PPM modules: Project Financials, Project Contract Billing and Revenue, Resource Management, Task Management, Grant Management, Time and Labor for Projects
• 4 or more full lifecycle implementations in any of the above
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration workshops
• 7 years or more of relevant business and industry experience related to above Oracle Cloud applications
• Bachelor's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
