Manager - Operations

About This Role

Managing end-to-end PMS operations and fund accounting is the core of this role, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency. The Operations Manager will coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, mentoring the operations team and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end PMS and fund accounting, including NAV computation, unit reconciliation, and expense allocation
• Supervise daily trade execution, liquidity management, and EOD trade bifurcation with custodians for multiple schemes
• Ensure accuracy of client portfolios on PMS sheets and internal MIS
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and banks to resolve settlement and operational issues
• Oversee client fund flows, including third-party investments and fee reconciliations
• Review and finalize SEBI regulatory and compliance reports, including monthly and quarterly submissions
• Review performance, attribution analysis, and tax computation for overseas clients
• Mentor the operations team while implementing SOPs and process improvements
• Audit client accounts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in PMS operations at a reputed firm
• Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS regulations
• Excellent Excel skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
