Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at growing Klook Japan's domestic travel revenue
• Collaborate and align with the Japan Business Development team and global strategy teams to plan and execute product strategy and timelines for the domestic market
• Collaborate and align with the Japan marketing team and various global marketing channels to plan and execute promotional strategies for the domestic market
• Measure campaign/project performance based on data and translate insights into strategy
• Drive and manage domestic travel marketing projects end-to-end — from strategy development and stakeholder alignment through execution, performance evaluation, and reporting

Requirements

• Experience in marketing project management and planning/operations within a B2C online platform business (e.g., travel, e-commerce, on-demand services)
• Business-level English and native-level Japanese
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to launch projects, engage stakeholders, and drive them forward as a project lead
• Ability to proactively and effectively communicate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and interests to resolve issues
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a foreign-affiliated company or startup (a plus)
• Deep expertise in various marketing channels (a plus)
