Manager - Market Research & Sales

Are you an experienced Market Research and Sales professional with strong expertise in inbound & outbound sales, hunting, farming, lead generation, and client acquisition?

Responsibilities –

• Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
• Drive hunting and farming strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets, prospects, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Track sales pipeline, conversion metrics, revenue performance, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the sales team while driving individual and team performance.

Requirements –

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Market Research, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related industry.
• Strong experience in inbound & outbound sales, hunting, and farming.
• Proven track record of new client acquisition and account growth.
• Strong market research, lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team will be preferred.
