- Lead Manufacturing Technology for the Utsunomiya Compounding Operation.
- Drive productivity improvement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and lead the Technology team to build a high-performing technical organization.
- Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, providing technical guidance, fostering employee engagement, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities 职责
- Lead productivity improvement and operational excellence initiatives to improve Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, Engagement, and Cost competitiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and direction for manufacturing processes, process optimization, and problem-solving activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Technology team to build organizational capability and employee engagement.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs to achieve sustainable business results.
- Leverage global manufacturing and technology networks to share and implement best practices across sites.
- Develop and execute capital project plans and drive process safety improvement initiatives.
Qualifications 要求
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience with a proven track record in productivity improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, engage, and drive change across a manufacturing organization.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving sustainable business results.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process safety principles, and operational risk management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in polymer, plastics, compounding, chemical, or materials manufacturing.
- Experience supporting automotive industry customers or manufacturing automotive-related products.
- People management or team leadership experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience implementing best practices across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Experience leading capital projects, capacity expansion, or process optimization projects.
- Experience working within a global manufacturing organization.
