About This Role
This role involves leading the delivery of workflow, automation, and digital solutions for clients, combining hands-on technical delivery with leadership and client engagement. Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of low-code, workflow, and automation solutions across client engagements
- Configure and build applications, workflows, integrations, and business process solutions
- Work closely with architects, analysts, testers, and client stakeholders to deliver practical business outcomes
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Support solution design, delivery planning, and technical decision-making
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams
- Contribute to client engagement activities, solution workshops, and delivery governance
- Explore and apply emerging technologies, including intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions
Requirements
- Experience in low-code, workflow, or configurable application development
- Experience in process automation and workflow design
- Experience in API integrations and connected business systems
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
- Experience leading workstreams, mentoring team members, and working directly with clients
- Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions
- Australian Citizen
- Able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance
- Successfully complete a National Police Check
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath, WorQ, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mendix, OutSystems, Nintex or similar technologies
- Experience working within government, consulting, or other regulated environments
