岗位描述（Job Description）： 负责公司整体物流运营管理，包括国际运输、仓储、物流供应商管理及物流成本优化，确保货物安全、及时、合规交付，持续提升物流效率和客户满意度。 主要职责（Key Responsibilities） 1. 物流运营管理 负责国内及国际物流业务的整体规划和执行。 统筹空运、海运、快递、陆运等运输模式管理。 确保货物按计划收发、运输和交付。 建立并持续优化物流流程和操作标准。 2 物流供应商管理 参与开发、选择和评估物流服务商（3PL、货代等）。 参与物流招标及供应商绩效管理。 定期进行成本分析和市场对标。 3. 成本管理与优化 推动运输方案优化，降低物流成本。 识别并实施Cost Saving项目。 提升运输装载率和资源利用率。 4仓储与库存协同 与成品仓库团队协同优化仓储运营。 支持成品库存准确率提升和库存周转改善。 推动物流信息化及数字化项目实施。 5团队管理 负责物流团队建设及人才培养。 制定培训计划，提高团队专业能力。 工作经验（Experience） Required 8年以上物流或供应链管理经验。 3年以上团队管理经验。 熟悉国际运输及进出口流程。 有电子制造业或跨国制造企业经验。 良好英文听说读写和对外沟通能力 Preferred 熟悉保税业务及海关监管模式。 有全球供应链项目经验。 有物流数字化项目实施经验。
