Manager, International Collaboration Office

About This Role

Managing data and providing operational support for global health partnerships in the ASEAN region is the core of this role within SingHealth's International Collaboration Office. The position suits a professional with strong analytical and organizational skills who thrives in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment and aims to contribute to international healthcare collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of department-wide data and records
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date partner database
• Assist in the documentation of agreements and contracts
• Help compile departmental statistics
• Support the implementation of data security measures
• Assist in maintaining the knowledge management system
• Support the development of strategic plans
• Assist in data collection and analysis
• Provide operational support to ICO Directors
• Help coordinate major events
• Assist country managers with capacity-building projects across the ASEAN region
• Support project monitoring and evaluation
• Provide administrative and logistical support
• Help coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
• Help monitor project expenditures
• Assist in budget proposal preparation
• Support funding documentation
• Help track resource allocation
• Occasionally recommend improvements to administrative processes

Requirements

• Bachelor

's Degree with at least 6 years of working experience

• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with proficiency in data analysis and project management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-cultural settings
• Occasional overseas travel is required

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English
