Manager - Insurance Business

About This Role

Managing insurance cross-selling across designated Bajaj Finance Ltd. branches is the core purpose of this role. The manager will achieve annual business targets and directly contribute to the company's profitability by driving insurance product sales.

Responsibilities

• Create a beat plan for CSB+ branches within the hub branch CSB
• Ensure branch relationship management to generate leads for partner RMs
• Manage the lobby to tap walk-in customers in CSB+ branches to generate LI GI volumes
• Use supervisor rights on the CRM portal to monitor lead utilization and dispositions by partner RMs
• Support contest and reward and recognition drives through the branch team
• Coordinate with partner RMs for policy issuance and the branch team for pending resolutions
• Take part in the morning huddle for the branch to discuss insurance products, prospects, and lead status
• Engage partner RMs to participate in branch huddles for any pending issue resolution
• Deliver self-productivity targets as designated per branch mapping
• Facilitate cluster meetings in alignment with partners
• Ensure partner mix delivery
• Generate leads from cashier teams across branches and ensure self-closure
• Ensure 100% branch visits every week for branch cashier activation

Requirements

• MBA preferable
• 1-2 years minimum of Insurance Industry experience, preferably in Agency / DST channel
