About the role
Role Overview Seeking a Manager to lead SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance implementations within the Advisory Technology organization. The role involves designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing identity security solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery
- Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures
- Support AI-enabled identity governance capabilities and emerging security technologies
- Guide onboarding activities and optimize solutions for client needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring teams, and supporting transformation initiatives
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to lead technical discussions and deliver high-quality solutions
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
