About the role
Role: The Manager will lead implementation and design of Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Cloud. They will oversee solution configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization, ensuring successful onboarding and integration of applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement identity governance solutions including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, and policies.
- Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting issues, guiding onboarding activities, and supporting successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to gather requirements and support delivery.
- Develop technical documentation, governance standards, operational procedures, and best practices in identity governance.
- Support AI-enabled identity governance features like access analysis, automation, and emerging security technologies.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and foster a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years' experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years specifically with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
- Experience in implementing solutions such as application onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, and legacy migrations.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
