Role Description Job Title: Procurement Platform Operations & Integration Analyst We are seeking a Procurement Platform Operations & Integration Analyst to support, enhance, and scale a modern Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. This role focuses on platform operations, production support, system integrations, workflow orchestration, troubleshooting, and intelligent automation initiatives rather than traditional procurement operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting an AI-enabled procurement technology ecosystem by ensuring platform stability, resolving operational issues, implementing integrations, and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities Procurement Platform Operations
- Manage day-to-day platform operations and production support.
- Investigate workflow failures, approval bottlenecks, and transaction issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents.
- Support platform enhancements, upgrades, configurations, and feature releases.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
Integration & Automation
- Design, configure, support, and troubleshoot integrations between procurement platforms and enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain API-based integrations.
- Support integrations with ERP systems, CLM platforms, cloud applications, AWS services, MuleSoft, GenAI platforms, and third-party SaaS applications.
- Support workflow orchestration and automation initiatives.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Analyze and resolve issues across procurement workflows, approvals, transactions, and integrations.
- Investigate end-to-end process failures across interconnected enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive timely issue resolution.
Data & Analytics
- Support operational reporting, data extraction, and platform analytics.
- Assist in monitoring platform performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
AI & Intelligent Automation
- Support AI-enabled workflows, GenAI integrations, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of AI-driven procurement operations.
Must Have
- 4–8 years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications or procurement technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement technology ecosystems.
- Experience supporting modern SaaS platforms such as procurement, finance, HR, expense management, or similar enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware solutions.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience investigating workflow failures, approval issues, and transaction processing problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa or similar P2P solutions.
- Experience integrating ERP systems and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, intelligent automation, or agentic AI technologies.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and process automation.
- Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise procurement ecosystems.
- Experience supporting cloud-native applications and AI-enabled platforms.
