As a Manager, Healthcare Performance ＆ Innovation (East), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and support hospital-wide continuous improvement and innovation initiatives aligned with national healthcare standards.
- Design and deliver Lean Thinking and Human Factors Analysis & Classification System training and programmes.
- Administrate the incident reporting system and review Serious Reportable Events submissions to MOH.
- Coordinate and drive quality improvement initiatives from quality assurance committees.
- Organize and drive safety culture initiatives and festival.
- Collaborate with external partners on quality improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Business/Industrial Design/Engineering/Medicine/Nursing/Pharmaceutical Science.
