Manager, Healthcare

About This Role

Managing clinical and technology initiatives in the healthcare sector is the core focus of this role, working closely with the Group Healthcare team. The position involves supporting various projects, from clinical rehabilitation to strategic partnerships, and requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group -s healthcare clinical (particularly Rehabilitation-focused) and non-clinical projects by working with internal and external stakeholders, IT team and external partners and vendors to understand the project requirements and facilitate implementation
• Plan and oversee internal and collaboration research projects from design, implementation to completion
• Support clinicians to develop rehabilitation-focused SOPs and digitalisation workplan, and work with healthcare team to develop presentation materials to support tender projects
• Work closely with various teams to draft SOPS to support projects
• execution and rollout, to ensure adherence to timelines and standards
• Monitor project progress and highlight project status and potential challenges
• Support new healthcare strategic partnership where appropriate
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as an allied health staff in public healthcare, participated in population health supporting research, partnerships, and innovation
• Experienced in project management, leading stakeholder engagements and/or drafting of research proposals or presentations
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders as well as an effective team player
• Strong interest in technology and digitalisation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and comfortable with Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders where required
