Manager, Growth

About This Role

This role involves developing and driving user growth, strategic planning, and the execution of growth campaigns within a fast-paced environment. The Manager will actively research competition and customer data to identify new growth opportunities and expand market share, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing, and take an active lead in developing and driving user growth, strategic planning, and execution of growth campaigns
• Actively research and analyze competition and customer data to identify new growth opportunities and expand market share
• Review and analyze the performance of marketing investments for continuous improvement and optimization in ROI measurement
• Lead key stakeholders across internal team, commercial team, logistic team, and regional teams to deliver and maximize efforts and synergy in restaurant marketing
• Bring fresh thinking and propose new marketing ideas/campaigns based on local insights and trends

Requirements

• University degree with at least 3 years of managerial experience in consumer marketing / growth
• eCommerce background preferred
• Strong sense in commercial and data analysis with ability to drive results and ensure completion of tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in building targeted user segments using data to personalize campaigns and improve user retention
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to drive collaboration and change together with different parties
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented with outstanding sense of accountability and responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
• Passionate and organized team leader with a strong consumer and market-centric mindset and insight
• A good team player who is proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals and market penetration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Cantonese
• Good negotiation skills are an added advantage
