Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business and operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive business transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end managed services operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee service delivery, network operations, logistics, inventory, customer support, and field operations.
• Establish robust governance, operational controls, and performance management frameworks.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve profitability targets.
• Monitor business and operational KPIs to drive performance and cost optimization.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to accelerate customer acquisition and business growth.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Enhance customer experience through retention and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and customer commitments.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks while ensuring business continuity.
• Lead vendor negotiations and optimize partner performance to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability across the organization.
• Develop succession planning and talent development initiatives.
