Manager, Employee Relations

About This Role

Leading the daily operations of the Employee Relations function is the core of this role, which involves guiding complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, accommodations governance, case management, reporting, and continuous improvement. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with various stakeholders to deliver consistent processes, strong governance, and thoughtful risk management. You will also lead and develop a team of Employee Relations professionals while collaborating with the Director, Global Employee Relations, on strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations function
• Guide complex employee relations matters
• Oversee workplace investigations
• Manage accommodations governance
• Handle case management and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Security, and other stakeholders
• Deliver consistent processes, strong governance, and thoughtful risk management
• Lead and develop a team of Employee Relations professionals
• Partner with the Director, Global Employee Relations, to advance analytics, process optimization, technology, automation, and other strategic priorities
