পদের উদ্দেশ্য

Premium Sweets-এর Central Kitchen, Culinary Capability, Restaurant Operations এবং Premium Food & Dessert portfolio ব্যবহার করে একটি শক্তিশালী Catering & Special Events Business গড়ে তোলা এই পদের মূল দায়িত্ব।

আমরা শুধু একজন Event Coordinator খুঁজছি না।

আমাদের প্রয়োজন এমন একজন experienced, educated and commercially creative Manager , যিনি market বুঝবেন, client-এর evolving taste বুঝবেন এবং সেই insight ব্যবহার করে আমাদের Catering offer-কে প্রতিনিয়ত develop করবেন।

আপনার মূল লক্ষ্য হবে—Events থেকে Revenue, Reputation এবং Repeat Business তৈরি করা।

Existing food পরিবর্তন, presentation upgrade, portion adjustment কিংবা সম্পূর্ণ নতুন product তৈরি করা প্রয়োজন হলে তার commercial rationale আপনাকেই Management-এর সামনে তুলে ধরতে হবে।

প্রতিযোগী তথ্য বিশ্লেষণ (Competitor Intelligence)

নিয়মিতভাবে competitor ও market monitor করবেন এবং Menu, Pricing, Portion, Presentation, Service, Packaging, Promotions, Event packages, New concepts, Customer feedback, Venue partnerships সম্পর্কে ধারনা রাখবেন।

শুধু তথ্য সংগ্রহ নয় —

Management-কে বলতে হবে: “এর অর্থ কী এবং আমাদের কী করা উচিত?”

বিক্রয় ও ব্যবসা উন্নয়ন (Sales & Business Development)

• Wedding planners ও Event Management Companies-এর সঙ্গে network তৈরি
• Corporate Admin/HR/Procurement Departments-এর সঙ্গে relationship
• Embassies, NGOs ও Development Organizations-এর সঙ্গে business development
• Government এবং institutional event opportunities identify করা
• Client meeting এবং presentation

Educational Requirements

• Minimum BBA / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant business discipline from a reputed university.
• MBA in Marketing/Business অথবা relevant advanced qualification preferred ।
• Hospitality background থাকলে তা additional advantage, তবে candidate-এর strong commercial and revenue orientation থাকা আবশ্যক।
• Skills Required: Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Hospitality Management, Presentation skill, Networking, Catering Sales, Client Acquisition, menu development, Event Planning and Coordination, Negotiation Skill

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Event Management,Hotel,Restaurant,Catering

Additional Requirements

অভিজ্ঞতা

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:

• Catering Sales
• Hotel Banquet Sales
• Event Sales
• Premium Restaurant / Hospitality
• Corporate Sales
• Wedding/Event Management
• Food & Beverage Business Development

Managerial বা independently responsible business-development experience বিশেষভাবে মূল্যায়িত হবে।

Candidate-এর ideally proven experience থাকা উচিত—

• Negotiation
• Event execution coordination
• Revenue target achievement
• Corporate/key-account relationship management

বর্তমান Dhaka catering/hospitality recruitment-এ revenue targets, proposals/contracts, market and competitor monitoring, menu enhancement এবং F&B knowledge গুরুত্বপূর্ণ competence হিসেবে দেখা হচ্ছে।
