Managing the daily business operations of the newly created Pediatric Research Division is the core of this role. The position works closely with the Research Division Chief, TCH Affiliate Administrative Partners, and Pediatrics Administration to recommend and implement process improvements and help ensure short- and long-term business goals are met. This individual is heavily relied upon by Pediatrics Administration for alignment on financial activities and all human resource related activities, and is also expected to liaise and align closely with TCH Research Division and TCRI Affiliate partners.
