Job Summary
Title: Manager- Business Analyst
Business unit: Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
Reporting to: Sr Director- Business Services
Key stakeholders: Account director, On-Account JLL IFM Director, Client RES team (Bank representatives)
Direct reports: Nil
Responsibilities
- Understand business and ensures there is integration between business and technology
- Work closely with the operations and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable
- Support the account director to drive Annual account plan across various function
- Drive and track India level KPI s for the account
- Support the IFM team in driving change management on major projects and become a single point of contact for operational related updates to the client
- Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation
- Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standard
- Data custodian controller for all strategic decisions
- Trend analysis and aligning with account management team
- Technology Tools including Helpdesk - Trending and Analytics
- Deliver output files for reports and dashboards
- Managing transition of Technology tools between Global and Local teams
- Sign off on data roadworthiness
- Facilitate Reporting on compliances
- Seek and collate data for analytics
- Generate MIS and reports as per management requirement
- Cross verification of data as per agreed TOR time to time
- Generate Daily reports, Weekly reports, MMR, QBR, ABR etc. and own the reports
Performance objectives
- Review business processes in order to gain a complete understanding of current procedures and identify improvements
- Document those processes, and connect business heads to information technology groups in an organization
- Responsible for analysing and modelling existing business processes
- To understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement
- A thorough understanding of the current state of the organization is necessary prior to recommending changes related to implementing a new business solution
- The business analyst is responsible for the knowledge transfer of business implications to the application/database developers and project managers
Key skills
- Should have business analysis skills and experience in modelling business processes
- Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
- Good documentation skills
- Industry knowledge will be added advantage
- Is very analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues
Employee specification
- Graduated in Analytics from a reputed Management Institute
- Should have related experience of 7-10 years
