About This Role
Managing strategic relationships with airline partners across the Americas is the core of this role, helping to shape the company's travel supplier strategy. The position focuses on commercial negotiations, revenue growth, and partner performance, working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership teams. This highly cross-functional role blends relationship management, deal economics, and execution in a fast-moving enterprise technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with airline partners across the Americas
- Lead partner engagement as the airline partnerships subject matter expert
- Negotiate and renew airline agreements, with a focus on incentives and marketing
- Own revenue forecasts and track partner commitments to support commercial goals
- Analyze deal economics and provide clear recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve fare access
- Coordinate with internal teams on partner initiatives and resolve performance issues
- Represent the company at industry events and share market and trend insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in airline partnerships or a related travel industry role
- Proven track record in commercial negotiations and partner relationship growth
- Strong understanding of airline distribution systems, including GDS and NDC
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, hospitality, or equivalent experience
