About This Role

Management consultants analyze client business challenges, identify key issues, and develop structured recommendations. This role involves supporting clients across Southeast Asia on strategy, operations, and technology, helping them define business priorities and translate recommendations into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business challenges, identify key issues, and develop structured recommendations
• Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessments to support consulting engagements
• Support the development of business strategies, operating models, and transformation initiatives
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and other project deliverables
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the implementation of recommendations
• Work with project teams across strategy, operations, and technology-related engagements
• Contribute to internal knowledge development, consulting methodologies, and practice-building initiatives

Requirements

• Around 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or technology consulting, or a comparable role in corporate strategy, business transformation, or PMO
• Strong analytical, research, and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly
• Good written and spoken English, as client engagements across the region are conducted in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues across different countries
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively within a team

Nice to have:

• Japanese language proficiency, particularly for collaboration with the firm's headquarters in Japan and Japanese clients
• Industry or functional expertise relevant to consulting engagements
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
