Requirements
- Proven experience in management consulting or a similar strategic role
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programmes
- Confidence engaging with executive teams and senior decision-makers
- A combination of strategic thinking and strong execution
- Depth in one or more areas, such as strategy, customer-driven innovation, transformation, operating models, project and change management
- Strong facilitation skills, with an ability to build alignment and momentum across teams
- A commercial mindset, with genuine drive to grow both client relationships and new business
- Ambition to help shape Influence's journey toward our 2030 goals
