Working closely with business owners, the Management Consultant identifies challenges, improves systems, and drives business growth through structured strategies and execution. This role suits a result-oriented professional with a strong interest in business growth and entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business operations, financials, and processes
- Identify gaps in sales, marketing, operations, and management systems
- Design and implement structured business frameworks (SOPs, dashboards, KPIs)
- Develop strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and efficiency
- Guide clients in building scalable systems and processes
- Conduct regular review meetings and track performance metrics
- Support clients in team management, accountability, and decision-making
- Deliver presentations, reports, and actionable insights
- Work closely with clients
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of business operations, sales, and finance
- Ability to understand and simplify complex business challenges
- Strong planning and execution mindset
- Client handling and relationship management skills
- MBA / MSW / BBA / Commerce / Engineering (preferred)
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office and basic AI Tools
- Must have a laptop
- Bike is essential
- Strong interest in business growth and entrepreneurship ecosystem
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ready to travel across Tamil Nadu based on client needs
