This management consultant role focuses on assignments where strategy, governance, organization, and implementation need to be integrated. Responsibilities
- Work on assignments where clients need to transition from ambition to actual change
- Apply both strategic acumen and implementation power, moving between analysis, structure, dialogue, and practical implementation
- Form direction, manage dependencies, drive progress, and help clients make things work in practice
- Work closely with the client's business without taking over their line responsibility
- Enhance the client's capabilities while advancing the work
- Engage in sales and business development, including managing client relationships, understanding needs, identifying opportunities for continued collaboration, and contributing to discussions from idea to business
- Maintain your network and contribute to business development with colleagues
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a consulting role, working with areas such as governance, management, business development, organizational development, transformation, strategy, or major change initiatives
- Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new businesses and complex contexts
- Ability to identify what is important even when the problem is unclear
- Ability to create security, value, and quality in assignments
- Ability to build trust in dialogue with leaders, specialists, and other key personnel
- Ability to weigh multiple perspectives, help clients move forward, and take responsibility for delivery, relationships, and impact
- Practical and professional use of AI to strengthen research, analysis, and structure for higher efficiency
- Curiosity about how AI affects organizations, governance, working methods, and change capability in clients
Nice to have:
- Experience from larger or complex businesses in the private sector, such as industry, energy, finance, or other organizations where governance, investments, dependencies, and pace of change place high demands on implementation
