About the role
We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to support various imaging services across multiple facilities within our region.
In this role, you will perform mammography exams, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging. Your responsibilities include gathering patient history, explaining procedures, operating equipment safely, reviewing images for quality, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as ACR and MQSA.
Key qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, at least 2 years of hospital-based radiologic and mammography experience, and certifications in ARRT-R, ARRT-M, and BLS.
Ideal candidates possess strong clinical judgment, proficiency in anatomy and pathology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
