About the role
We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to provide high-quality, safe imaging at a collaborative care center.
In this role, you will perform mammography exams, review images for quality, ensure patient comfort and privacy, and operate equipment following safety protocols. You will gather patient history, explain procedures, and support patients throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include adhering to accreditation standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with quality control tests. You will work closely with the healthcare team, communicate professionally, and participate in training and education initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- At least 1 year of radiologic technologist experience, including mammography in a hospital setting.
- Certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT-M, and BLS from the American Heart Association.
