About This Role
Making up presenters, journalists, and guests for television productions is the core of this makeup artist role. The position requires adapting makeup techniques for studio lighting and cameras, ensuring a natural and appropriate look for the television environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional makeup on presenters, journalists, guests, and other professionals participating in productions
- Execute makeup suitable for television, considering lighting, cameras, and the characteristics of each program
- Perform touch-ups and adjustments during recordings and live broadcasts
- Prepare skin and make corrections to ensure a natural presentation suitable for the television environment
- Organize, sanitize, and conserve makeup materials, products, and equipment
- Meet programming demands, respecting schedules and production dynamics
Requirements
- Professional experience as a makeup artist, preferably in television, audiovisual, events, or productions
- Knowledge of makeup techniques for cameras and studio lighting
- Agility, organization, and attention to detail
- Good communication and ease of working in a team
- Availability and flexibility of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by programming
- Availability for in-person work on Avenida Paulista
- Possess an active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) or willingness to open one
- Minimum education: Higher Education
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in television broadcasters or audiovisual production companies
- Knowledge of HD makeup and techniques for live broadcasts
- Basic knowledge of hairstyles and hair finishing
