We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist with 15+ years of professional experience in bridal, fashion, editorial, television, film, celebrity, or commercial makeup. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in makeup application, skincare consultation, beauty trends, and client relationship management. This role requires exceptional artistic talent, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver flawless looks tailored to client needs and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities  

1. Professional Makeup Application  

• Provide expert makeup services for weddings, special events, photoshoots, fashion shows, television, film, and corporate events.
• Create customized makeup looks based on client preferences, facial features, skin tones, and event requirements.
• Apply advanced makeup techniques including airbrush, HD makeup, contouring, corrective makeup, and special occasion makeup.

2. Client Consultation & Relationship Management  

• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client expectations and preferences.
• Recommend suitable makeup styles, skincare routines, and beauty products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Beauty Trend & Product Expertise  

• Stay updated on current beauty trends, products, techniques, and industry innovations.
• Evaluate and recommend high-quality cosmetic products and tools.
• Test and adapt new makeup techniques to enhance service offerings.

4. Team Leadership & Mentoring  

• Train, mentor, and supervise junior makeup artists and beauty consultants.
• Conduct workshops and skill-development sessions.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and best practices.

5. Hygiene & Safety Compliance  

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for makeup tools and products.
• Follow health and safety regulations related to cosmetics and skincare.
• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of makeup kits and equipment.

6. Business Development & Brand Representation  

• Collaborate with photographers, designers, event planners, salons, and production teams.
• Support marketing initiatives through social media, portfolios, and beauty events.
• Represent the brand professionally during client interactions and public appearances.
