Work Type: Full Time

Hours Per Week: 40.00

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Salary Range : $19.00 - $26.64

Summary:

The purpose of this position is to provide, maintain, or procure maintenance for all utilities, equipment, buildings and grounds for a safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Lawn, garden, snow removal and all other ground work.
  • Be able to complete work orders and communicate status.
  • Do preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned.
  • To assist in all moves and changes as departments need them.
  • MSDS Review and interpretation.
  • Miscellaneous repair to any of hospital buildings, equipment and/or grounds.
  • Initiate contractors for repairs outside of your expertise.
  • Security as assigned.
  • Maintain a safe environment which includes knowing and understanding hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Report and directly address identified environmental hazards when appropriate.
  • Report and directly address violations of patient safety policy and/or protocol when involved or observed.
  • Other duties as requested by Director.
