Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our recycling centers, outdoor facilities, and landscaped areas
- Monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of contracted cleaning services
- Performing maintenance, repair, and minor refurbishment work within facility management
- Carrying out winter maintenance duties on a rotating basis within the team
- Independently managing work orders and incident reports via the ticketing system within the assigned area of responsibility
- Instructing, supporting, and supervising external service providers and contractors
- Participation in the regular 24-hour on-call duty rotation
- Taking on additional responsibilities (e.g., elevator maintenance, sprinkler system maintenance, or first aid duties)
- Supporting other operational tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed technical or skilled trade vocational training, ideally in the woodworking or metalworking sector
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Strong willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development
- Team-oriented, reliable, and service-minded personality
- Valid Class B driving license
