The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general building and property maintenance.

Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:
- Have either a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three years of maintenance experience or 6 months of specific education in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively interact with residents and team members.
