Maintenance Technician

About This Role

This maintenance technician role involves daily interventions on various installations, focusing on their maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization. The position is based in the Epinal and Neufchâteau sectors, and suits a candidate with a background in climatic, thermal, or energy engineering who is autonomous and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the upkeep and preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC installations
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform troubleshooting operations
• Manage your schedule
• Establish P5 quotes
• Perform regular checks to guarantee the performance and energy efficiency of installations
• Write intervention reports and ensure the follow-up of operations
• Propose improvements for the operation and performance of client installations
• Be the direct on-site contact for clients

Requirements

• Training in climatic, thermal, energy engineering, or an equivalent field
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Driving license B
• Autonomous, curious, service-oriented, and enjoys finding technical solutions

Nice to have:

• BR, B1V, B2V, and BC electrical authorizations
• Experience in the energy sector
