About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance of the property, including grounds and physical plant. Your duties will include, but not limited to, performing routine repairs, maintenance, and preventive measures to ensure the facility is in good working condition.
Responsibilities:
- Performs general maintenance of the property, including grounds and physical plant
- Performs repairs, maintenance, and preventive measures to ensure the facility is in good working condition
- Conducts routine checks of maintenance request logs and performs follow-up tasks
- Maintains working list of all medical equipment in the facility and service/repair records
- Performs preventive maintenance on medical equipment in the facility
- Follows manufacturer's specifications regarding repair and preventive maintenance of medical and other equipment in the facility
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED diploma
- Previous experience with a Skilled Nursing Facility, or Long Term Care Facility preferred
- A working understanding of physical plant repairs/preventive maintenance and grounds maintenance
- Valid driver's license
