This hands-on and service-oriented role is responsible for performing routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance to ensure an assigned multifamily property operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of appearance. The Maintenance Technician supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs, helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs. This role works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and contributes to resident satisfaction and community safety.
