Leading and directing all maintenance activities to ensure consistent results with plant operating goals, quality systems, and production schedules is the core of this role. This position champions a safety-first culture by ensuring strict adherence to Safe Work Practices (WSP) by all maintenance employees and contractors, seamlessly integrating worker safety, proactive risk assessment, and environmental regulatory compliance into daily operations.
Performance in this position is evaluated objectively through the results delivered by maintenance consistent with the commitment to worker safety, compliance with environmental regulations, integration with the Company quality system, the timely completion of Department Work Plan objectives and the effective operation and organization of maintenance activities. Performance in this position is evaluated subjectively by employee productivity, employee development and creativity.
