Managing the maintenance of production equipment and related systems at Pompeian HQ is the core of this supervisory role. The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate, direct, and monitor maintenance staff, assist with root cause analysis of equipment failures, and implement fixes. This position supports overall workflow while promoting safety, quality awareness, mentoring, and training for maintenance staff, and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
