What You’ll Do:
- Keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Perform routine maintenance and general repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues
- Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Assist with painting, room setup, and small renovation projects
- Help maintain outdoor areas and common spaces
- Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests
What We’re Looking For:
- Maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred
