Melakukan perbaikan terhadap peralatan mechanical yang menghalami kendala operasional dari sisi HSE

Mengidentifikasi masalah, melakukan control kualitas dan memastikan bahwa semua kinerja peralatan mechanical berfungsi sesuai arahan dari HSE

Bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan cost reduction dengan melakukan kontrol yang tepat terhadap penggunaan sparepart dan consumables

Bertanggung jawab terhadap penggunaan material untuk mencapai efektivitas pekerjaan

Membuat daily mechanical maintenance report
Eng:
- Responsible for improvement and modification activities identified or recommended by HSE on machinery and equipment in the factory area
- Perform repairs on mechanical equipment experiencing operational constraints from an HSE perspective
- Identify problems, conduct quality control and ensure all mechanical equipment performance functions according to HSE direction
- Responsible for cost reduction implementation through proper control of spare parts and consumables usage
- Responsible for material usage to achieve work effectiveness
- Create daily mechanical maintenance reports
- Stop work if unsafe and hazardous conditions exist related to work responsibilities
Requirements/Persyaratan:
ID:
- Minimum Pendidikan SMK bidang Teknik Mesin.
- Minumum pengalaman 1-2 tahun di Industri Manufaktur bagian Maintenance.
- Mengerti, memahami, dan mampu melakukan pekerjaan-pekerjaan mekanikal.
- Mampu melakukan analisa teknis sederhana dengan baik dan tepat.
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin bubut, mesin miling, mesin gerinda, mesin bor, dan sejenisnya.
- Mampu melakukan pekerjaan pengelasan sederhana.
- Mampu melakukan pekerjaan sipil sederhana.
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer.
ENG:
- Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing Industry, Maintenance department
- Understand, comprehend, and able to perform mechanical work
- Able to perform simple technical analysis well and accurately
- Able to operate lathe machines, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, and similar equipment
- Able to perform simple welding work
- Able to perform simple civil work
- Able to operate computers

- Care for orderliness, health, cleanliness, safety, and security of the work environment
